Order Support
All products are made to order. If you need help with an order, have a question, or notice an issue, email me at hello@moonchive.com
I respond within 1–2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your case arrives damaged or misprinted, I’ll replace it for free.
Email a clear photo of the issue along with your order number.
Changes or Cancellations
Orders enter production shortly after being placed, so changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
Email me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.
Order Not Delivered
If tracking stops updating or your package seems delayed, reach out so I can help investigate.
For packages marked delivered but not received, I can guide you through next steps or filing a claim.
